What is the European Capitals Meeting?

The ECM is the annual meeting of Jaycees held in one of Europe‘s capitals. The ECM has the best of both worlds: it is big enough for a remarkable program as in a big conference, and it is small enough to have a personal experience.

How many participants will take part?

We are expecting approx. 40 Jaycees from all over Europe.

How can I register for the ECM 2023?

Please fill in the form here. After registering we will send you an invoice. The payment is only possible via bank transfer. Bank fees have to be paid by the participant. Tickets are limited.

What is the price for the ECM 2023?

The rate is EUR 239,00 until January 31st (registered and paid on time) and EUR 259,00 for later bookers. Please have a look under PROGRAM to see what is included.

When should I register for the ECM 2023?

You should register for the ECM 2023 as soon as possible. We are working on a first-come, first-served basis and tickets are limited.

(Maximum capacity: 40 Jaycees)

What types of tickets will be available?

The aim of beat of berlin is to show the city of Berlin with its diversity and characteristics, to network and to create international friendships between participants, that is why we want to stay together as one group during the entire event. Therefore only full ECM tickets will be available, no 1-day tickets.

When will the detailed program be ready?

The detailed program will be published prior to the event. Until then we will inform you about the agenda items which are already organized.

Can all participants get home hospitality?

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to offer all of you home hospitality. If you are interested in home hospitality, please contact us and we will try to match you with a local Jaycee for accommodation on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are we’re going to visit the typical Berlin sights during the ECM?

As we have a special ECM theme, we will concentrate on this and hereby will show you spots that most tourists would miss. If you want to see the main sights also, there will be time for you to do so on Thursday before the welcome evening and Sunday after the brunch. Please note that this will be on your own clock and budget, but we are more than happy to help you with information and tour planning. Just ask!
